So... do ya know how rare it is ta find an apartment in New York City with a workin' fireplace?

To celebrate, I found a chainsaw ta borrow an' went up north to fin' my tree.

I thought it would be a lot harder, but dat saw went through dat tree like buttah.

But now I wonder, are you really allowed ta do that in Central Park?
